Chef McHound
Jenny McHound, the Hot Dog Making teacher at Swedhump Elementary, and a total genius. Her hot dogs look completely normal. They are not. They are beyond delicious, she is the only person on earth who can make them, and the school considers her indispensable.
She was World Junior Hot Dog Making Champion at just 13, which was itself a world record. Her winning entry was a Triple Sausage with Mayo, Ketchup, Chocolate, Sardine, Beetroot, Coconut, Lime, Cheese and Mustard. It took both MAOC (Most Attractive of Competition) and MDOC (Most Delicious of Competition).
Mrs. Rosebank met her at Sheila Smotton-Snodworthy's yacht and hired her on the spot to cook and teach at Swedhump, twenty years ago. She has counted every single hot dog she has made at the school since, and was recently about to make her millionth.
She built and designed her kitchen herself. The process is exact: boil the sausages to perfection using a method she invented, roll the rolls in a fancy device she also invented, slice, butter, drop in the sausages, and add the magic sauces.
