Chef McGurk
Owner of McGurk's Hot Dog Factory.
His trouble began with competition. Chef McHound made such amazing hot dogs that McGurk's business started to suffer, so he decided to 'borrow' her and have her teach him her secrets. The larger plan was to buy Swedhump Elementary and turn it into a bigger factory.
Execution was less tidy. Working with the Mole Scallywags and Devil-Cat, he tunnelled to the wrong place, arriving in Transformation class instead of the hot dog kitchen, where he learned how a Transformation Device works. He then stole the Fury Liquid, then the Echo Magnets, then the FLEM99 itself, meaning to turn his hot dogs into an army.
The plan had a flaw. When McGurk zapped himself with the faulty FLEM99, he turned into a cucumber instead of a monster.
