Mrs. Fidwidge
The Napkin-Folding teacher at Swedhump Elementary, hired by the principal, Mrs. Rosebank. Two things are worth knowing about Mrs. Fidwidge. She is not actually a good napkin folder, and she is a bit horrible.
The record supports both points. At the 2021 World Napkin-Folding Championships she came stone last, 400th out of 400. NANINF turned her down.
Her real ambition was kites. The master plan was to become Kite-Meister by getting Mr. K. fired, seize the K-kite empire, keep all the money, and convert the school into a gigantic kite factory.
The method involved allies. Working with Devil-Cat and the Cheese-Scallywags, she flooded the kite storeroom by diverting the school fountain through the air conditioning duct, and kidnapped Hompas the Heroic, leaving him in the Kite Loft to chew the kites.
It ended with a krypto-fiber kite. She was trapped, arrested, and flown to Witch Nose Island by the police. She was later granted special permission to attend the last day of term.
