Mr Rosebank's workshop
The inventor's shed of Mr. Rosebank, on the grounds of Swedhump Elementary. It is strictly out of bounds. Any child caught near it will be expelled immediately.
Calling it a shed is generous. It is believed that beneath it run multiple floors, mezzanines and concourses of invention factories. Confirmation is hard to come by, on account of the expelling.
Mr. Rosebank leaves by a secret underground tunnel, so that nobody can follow him home. Not every experiment stays put, however: a Hair-Gro Potion explosion is on record as having left the school buildings hairy.
