Hair-Gro Potion explosion makes school buildings hairy

What happened

A few weeks before the story's events, Mr. Rosebank was experimenting with Hair-Gro Potion in his workshop when something went wrong and there was an explosion, scattering the fluid across some school buildings and a passing Staircase Moose. Small hairs were seen growing out of them the next morning, and over the coming days they got hairier and hairier.

Resolution

Mr. Rosebank assured everyone it was just a temporary phenomenon that would last a few weeks. The school subsequently won an award for Hairiest Elementary School in the Sub-Region.
