Kite Festival held with napkin kites

With evil defeated but no kites available, Dash and friends persuaded Mrs. Rosebank to hold the Kite Festival anyway. Using Mr. K.'s ingenious ideas, they made kites out of napkins. Ms. Inflatorious added to the atmosphere with bubbles and Dr. Khumber distributed mini Grozints. Teachers assembled on the mound and the festival was declared open. Kites of every shape and size took to the skies above Swedhump Elementary.

Resolution
The festival was a huge success. The winner was a hamster-shaped kite made by Dash, Greta, Ellen and Rob, ridden by Hompas the Heroic himself, which won the NSPGTFMEKE.
