This is a SWD (Standardized Wobbling Device) that wobbles the object placed upon it.
Battery or electric powered.
The battery version can wobble at max speed (setting 8) for two hours.
Has multiple uses across different disciplines.
Useful in the kitchen. Helping to stir things.
Useful for athletes. Loosens the muscles.
Useful in car factories. A seat can be placed atop a wobbler and then a person sits in the seat. Lets them test how comfortable the seats are on bumpy roads.
