Insect-spy-cam at the strategy meeting

What happened

During the strategy meeting in the library (Chapter 3), Dash noticed a rather odd-looking blue thing hovering above the group -- some kind of weird insect. It flew off. It was later revealed by Stumpnose that it was his insect-spy-cam, which he used to spy on the morning meeting and steal the bread-portrait idea.

Resolution

The insect-spy-cam flew off unimpeded. Its true nature was only discovered when Stumpnose revealed it while Dash was his prisoner.
