Ellenbogen Snausages are world famous. The factory is staffed by Harold Ellenbogen and Edna Ellenbogen.
The most delicious item on offer is the seatbelt-flavored, cherry and snail half-footer. The factory also produces the Ellenbogen Superlong. At the World's Longest Snausage Competition, the winning snausage measured 270 feet, which is as long as six school buses parked bumper-to-bumper.
Not everyone approves. Aunt Eeyolga is an enemy of the firm, and once sabotaged the factory.
