Footmold Infiltration Revealed -- Henries Are Footmold's Sons

What happened

At the paddle inspection before the final, the Footmold raft's crew emerged as the Henries, carrying what appeared to be Team Willow's stolen paddles. Oswold Footmold then revealed that the Henries were his sons, and that his plan was for them to infiltrate Camp Goodacre, reach the final as the fastest Camp Goodacre raft, then deliberately lose to Camp Footmold so he could win the Golden Paddle. Team Willow's victory in Race 3 had foiled the original plan. Goodacre checked the rulebook; campers from other camps were allowed to race. The Henries had sanded off Willow's engraved names and put their own on the paddles, so Goodacre cleared the paddles.

Resolution

Despite the scheme being exposed, Footmold had broken no written rules and was allowed to race with his sons.
