Ice Cream Machine stolen from the hangar

What happened

During Annoying class, Mr. Rosebank was seen shrieking and running in circles at the entrance of the ICM Hangar, shouting that his ICM had been stolen. Dash, Rob and Greta sprinted down just in time to see the strange little van driving off speedily into the distance. Mr. Rosebank said they must have shrunk it to get it in the van, and that it was extremely dangerous to shrink a machine like that. Dash gave Mr. Rosebank a printed photo of the van and its driver. Mr. Rosebank identified the driver as Li'l Jimmy Jimmy-Sinn, his old classmate who had been jealous ever since Mr. Rosebank won the school science competition 50 years earlier.

Resolution

The van escaped with the stolen ICM. Mr. Rosebank identified the thief as Li'l Jimmy Jimmy-Sinn and revealed he lived in the castle at Misty Cliffs.
