Suspicious Seven Sisters van circles the ICM Hangar

What happened

While Mr. Rosebank was explaining how the Ice Cream Machine worked in the ICM Hangar, Dash noticed a strange little van circling the hangar repeatedly. Using his cranio-cam he zoomed in and read '7 Sisters Cleaning Service' on the side, driven by a weird little man. Seven weird little ladies got out with feather dusters and started cleaning the outside of the ICM Hangar. Dash took a cranio-cam photo.

Resolution

Dash photographed the van and its occupants. The situation was noted as suspicious but no immediate action was taken.
